Omega 3 Hummus Ingredients
1 large can of chick peas
1/2 tbsp tahini paste
3 tbsp Lifeplan Organic Flaxseed oil
1 tbsp creme fraiche
1 garlic clove, crushed
Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or hand blender until smooth
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days
Makes 4 servings
Each serving contains 5g of ALA (Omega 3 essential fatty acids)
